It is about five minutes from Haywards Heath and ten minutes from Balcombe, with easy parking. **I have not trained in years. Is this for me?** Yes, and most of my clients start exactly there. Everyone begins with a movement screen and a health questionnaire, and your first sessions are built around where you actually are, not where you think you should be. **Do you work with people over 40?** Most of my clients are in their thirties, forties and fifties. Training in this age group needs more care with joints and recovery and it works extremely well when programmed properly. **I am a parent with very little spare time. Is this realistic?** That is exactly who I built this around. I train around a full time job and a family myself, so your plan is written for two or three sessions a week and designed to survive the weeks when everything goes sideways. **How many sessions a week do I need?** Most people do well on two or three sessions a week, plus a simple plan for the days in between. More is not automatically better if it is not sustainable. **Do you help with nutrition too?** Yes. Nutrition coaching is included, and it is built around how you actually eat, including eating out and travel. There are no banned foods and no meal plans you will abandon in a fortnight. **What happens on the free consultation?** We talk about what you want, what you have tried, and any injuries or health issues. I tell you honestly whether I can help and what it would involve. There is no obligation and no hard sell. ## Key pages - [Home](https://lrpt.co.uk/): overview and enquiry - [How it works](https://lrpt.co.uk/how-it-works/): the six step coaching process - [About Luke](https://lrpt.co.uk/about/): background and approach - [Online coaching](https://lrpt.co.uk/online-coaching/): opening soon - [Contact](https://lrpt.co.uk/contact/): book a free consultation - [Blog](https://lrpt.co.uk/blog/): 43 training and nutrition guides ## Guides - [Weight Loss in Haywards Heath: An Honest Local Guide](https://lrpt.co.uk/blog/weight-loss-haywards-heath/): How busy parents and commuters in Haywards Heath actually lose fat and keep it off, what works, what to ignore, and where to start this week. - [The Best Way to Get Fit in Haywards Heath: Your Real Options](https://lrpt.co.uk/blog/best-way-to-get-fit-haywards-heath/): Home training, commercial gyms, classes, running clubs or one to one coaching.
