Online coaching for professionals

Build a body that matches your work ethic.

Online coaching for professionals with packed calendars, client dinners and constant travel. Twelve weeks designed to hold up in your diary rather than in an ideal one.

  • 30 to 45 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week
  • Works in a hotel room, an office gym or your own
  • Direct access to me and a plan adjusted every week

If you do the work and you are not down 5 to 10lbs at the end of the twelve weeks, I keep coaching you for free until you are.

Twelve weeks from today, one of two things is true.

Twelve weeks is roughly one quarter. You already know what a quarter can do to a business when someone actually commits to a plan and reviews it properly. The same maths applies to you. In twelve weeks you will either be measurably fitter and stronger, or you will be exactly where you are now with a slightly better excuse. Nothing in between happens by accident.

Nothing changes

  • The same 3pm crash, propped up with another coffee and something from the machine
  • The same suit that fits badly and the same photographs you avoid
  • The same back and neck complaining every time you sit down to work
  • Another quarter where every part of your life improved except your health

You do the twelve weeks

  • Steady energy through the afternoon, without needing to hunt for it
  • Visibly stronger and leaner, and the clothes tell you before the scales do
  • A training routine that survives travel weeks and client dinners rather than collapsing under them
  • The same standards applied to your body that you already apply to your work

You are excellent at everything except the one thing nobody is chasing you for.

You have deadlines, targets, reviews and people relying on you, and you deliver on all of it. Nobody is holding you accountable for your resting heart rate. There is no meeting where your training week gets discussed. So it quietly becomes the only part of your life running without a plan, without measurement and without anyone checking in.

Meanwhile the environment is working against you. Breakfast is skipped, lunch is whatever is nearest, and dinner is three courses with a client and a bottle you did not order. You are in a different city on Tuesday, in back to back calls on Wednesday, and by Thursday the gym bag has been in the boot of the car for a fortnight. You are not choosing badly. You are choosing fast, over and over, without a system.

And it shows up in ways that annoy you. The afternoon energy dip that costs you your sharpest hours. The lower back that aches after a long sitting day. The photograph from a work event where you did not recognise yourself. You would never accept this level of drift in your work, and the only reason you accept it here is that nothing has ever been built to fit around a calendar like yours.

  • Your calendar is full and your training is the first thing to get cut
  • You travel enough that no routine has ever survived more than a few weeks
  • Client dinners and hotel food quietly undo everything you did on the good days
  • You lose your best afternoons to an energy crash you have started treating as normal
  • You hold a high standard in every area of your life apart from your own body
The method

The LR12 Method

LR12 is twelve weeks of online coaching built for people whose weeks are not identical. Three to four sessions a week, 30 to 45 minutes each, at home or in a gym, with a training plan built for you, video demonstrations for every movement, nutrition targets that work with restaurants and airports, habit tracking and direct access to me. Every week I look at what actually happened and adjust what comes next. It all runs through a coaching app, so the session, the demonstrations and your check in live in one place on your phone.

1
Weeks 1-2

Your energy stops crashing

We start with sleep, protein and how your day is fuelled, because that is what is costing you the afternoon. Training is deliberately short at this stage so it slots in rather than competing with your workload.

2
Weeks 3-4

The suit fits properly again

Training becomes a fixed part of the week instead of something that gets bumped, and the nutrition targets start doing their work. Fit is usually the first honest signal that something is changing.

3
Weeks 5-6

People at work notice

Loads go up, sessions get harder, and you start looking like someone who trains. The comments tend to come from colleagues before you have said a word about it.

4
Weeks 7-8

Desk posture stops hurting

We put serious work into the upper back, hips and core, which are the three areas a laptop and a plane seat quietly wreck. Stronger positions are what stop the ache, not stretching more.

5
Weeks 9-10

Discipline spills into work

By this point you are training well without negotiating with yourself about it, and that habit does not stay in one lane. Most people find their focus and their evenings improve alongside it.

6
Weeks 11-12

It survives your busiest month

We deliberately stress test the plan against your worst possible week, so you have a travel version, a minimum version and a full version. That is what makes week thirteen look after itself.

My guarantee

If you do the work and you are not down 5 to 10lbs at the end of the twelve weeks, I keep coaching you for free until you are.

No quibbles and no forms. I can offer that because the plan is built around the week you actually have, so doing the work is realistic rather than heroic. If life genuinely gets in the way, we adjust the plan, we do not write off the twelve weeks.

What you get

Everything that makes twelve weeks actually work

A training plan built for you

Written around your calendar, your travel pattern and the equipment you can realistically get to. Not a template with your name typed at the top.

Video demonstrations for every exercise

Every movement comes with a demonstration, so you can train in an unfamiliar hotel gym without guessing at technique.

Nutrition targets that survive restaurants

Targets rather than a meal plan, so you can order from a menu, eat with clients and still be moving in the right direction.

Habit tracking you can see

Sessions, steps, sleep and protein, logged in seconds. It gives us both a clear picture of what a real week looks like rather than a remembered one.

Direct access to me

Message me about the week from hell, the dinner you cannot avoid or the gym that only has a treadmill. You get a straight answer from your actual coach.

Weekly plan adjustments

Your plan is reviewed and changed every week around what happened. Travel and missed sessions get engineered around, not scolded.

This is for you if

  • You have a demanding role and a calendar that changes week to week
  • You can commit to three or four short sessions a week, most weeks
  • You want the same rigour applied to your training as to your work
  • You are interested in something that lasts beyond twelve weeks

This is not for you if

  • You want a quick fix before one specific event and nothing after it
  • You are not prepared to change anything about how you eat
  • You want a plan handed over that you never have to discuss or report on
  • You would rather be told you are doing fine than told the truth

It depends on how hands-on you want me to be, so we agree the exact plan on your free call. No hidden fees and payment plans are available.

Who you would be working with

I am not coaching this from a lifestyle you do not have

I hold down a demanding full time job alongside coaching, so I am not going to hand you a plan that assumes an empty diary.

I coach one to one from a private setup in Cuckfield, and LR12 is the same thinking built for people I cannot get in a room. Everything in it exists because it survived contact with a real week, mine included.

I will also tell you on the call if I do not think I am the right person to help you. That has cost me clients and it has never once cost me sleep.

No surprises

What happens after you apply

01

You fill in the form

Name, email and a number. It takes about thirty seconds and costs nothing.

02

We have a free call

Around twenty minutes. Your goal, your history, your week. At the end I tell you honestly whether the twelve weeks would work for you.

03

If it is a fit, you start

Your plan is built and you begin within days. If it is not a fit, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

Questions before you apply

How much does it cost?

It depends on how hands-on you want me to be, so we agree the exact plan on your free call. No hidden fees and payment plans are available. We will settle on something that makes sense for the level of support you actually want.

How much time does it take each week?

Three to four sessions of 30 to 45 minutes. Everything is written out in advance in your coaching app, so there is no time lost deciding what to do or wandering around a gym floor.

What equipment do I need?

We build around what you have access to. A full gym, a basic building gym, a hotel room with a set of dumbbells, or your own kit at home. I write the plan once I know what you are working with.

Does this work if I am a complete beginner?

Yes. A lot of people come to me having not trained seriously since university, or ever. Video demonstrations cover every movement and we start where you are rather than where you think you should be.

I travel constantly. Is that a problem?

No, it is planned for. You get a travel version of your sessions and nutrition guidance built for hotels, airports and restaurants. Travel weeks are meant to be handled, not to end the programme.

I have back pain from sitting. Should I be training?

Very often training is exactly what helps, but if you have any health condition or an existing injury please check with your GP first. Bring it up on the call and I will tell you honestly whether I can coach around it.

Book your free call and let us build the twelve weeks.

Leave your name, email and phone number and I will be in touch to arrange a call. We will go through your schedule, your goal and what a realistic plan looks like. If it is not a fit, I will say so.

If you do the work and you are not down 5 to 10lbs at the end of the twelve weeks, I keep coaching you for free until you are.
