Online coaching for professionals with packed calendars, client dinners and constant travel. Twelve weeks designed to hold up in your diary rather than in an ideal one.
If you do the work and you are not down 5 to 10lbs at the end of the twelve weeks, I keep coaching you for free until you are.

A short training on how to build a body that survives a packed diary, client dinners and constant travel. Watch it now, no cost.
Twelve weeks is roughly one quarter. You already know what a quarter can do to a business when someone actually commits to a plan and reviews it properly. The same maths applies to you. In twelve weeks you will either be measurably fitter and stronger, or you will be exactly where you are now with a slightly better excuse. Nothing in between happens by accident.
You have deadlines, targets, reviews and people relying on you, and you deliver on all of it. Nobody is holding you accountable for your resting heart rate. There is no meeting where your training week gets discussed. So it quietly becomes the only part of your life running without a plan, without measurement and without anyone checking in.
Meanwhile the environment is working against you. Breakfast is skipped, lunch is whatever is nearest, and dinner is three courses with a client and a bottle you did not order. You are in a different city on Tuesday, in back to back calls on Wednesday, and by Thursday the gym bag has been in the boot of the car for a fortnight. You are not choosing badly. You are choosing fast, over and over, without a system.
And it shows up in ways that annoy you. The afternoon energy dip that costs you your sharpest hours. The lower back that aches after a long sitting day. The photograph from a work event where you did not recognise yourself. You would never accept this level of drift in your work, and the only reason you accept it here is that nothing has ever been built to fit around a calendar like yours.
LR12 is twelve weeks of online coaching built for people whose weeks are not identical. Three to four sessions a week, 30 to 45 minutes each, at home or in a gym, with a training plan built for you, video demonstrations for every movement, nutrition targets that work with restaurants and airports, habit tracking and direct access to me. Every week I look at what actually happened and adjust what comes next. It all runs through a coaching app, so the session, the demonstrations and your check in live in one place on your phone.
We start with sleep, protein and how your day is fuelled, because that is what is costing you the afternoon. Training is deliberately short at this stage so it slots in rather than competing with your workload.
Training becomes a fixed part of the week instead of something that gets bumped, and the nutrition targets start doing their work. Fit is usually the first honest signal that something is changing.
Loads go up, sessions get harder, and you start looking like someone who trains. The comments tend to come from colleagues before you have said a word about it.
We put serious work into the upper back, hips and core, which are the three areas a laptop and a plane seat quietly wreck. Stronger positions are what stop the ache, not stretching more.
By this point you are training well without negotiating with yourself about it, and that habit does not stay in one lane. Most people find their focus and their evenings improve alongside it.
We deliberately stress test the plan against your worst possible week, so you have a travel version, a minimum version and a full version. That is what makes week thirteen look after itself.
No quibbles and no forms. I can offer that because the plan is built around the week you actually have, so doing the work is realistic rather than heroic. If life genuinely gets in the way, we adjust the plan, we do not write off the twelve weeks.
Written around your calendar, your travel pattern and the equipment you can realistically get to. Not a template with your name typed at the top.
Every movement comes with a demonstration, so you can train in an unfamiliar hotel gym without guessing at technique.
Targets rather than a meal plan, so you can order from a menu, eat with clients and still be moving in the right direction.
Sessions, steps, sleep and protein, logged in seconds. It gives us both a clear picture of what a real week looks like rather than a remembered one.
Message me about the week from hell, the dinner you cannot avoid or the gym that only has a treadmill. You get a straight answer from your actual coach.
Your plan is reviewed and changed every week around what happened. Travel and missed sessions get engineered around, not scolded.
It depends on how hands-on you want me to be, so we agree the exact plan on your free call. No hidden fees and payment plans are available.

I hold down a demanding full time job alongside coaching, so I am not going to hand you a plan that assumes an empty diary.
I coach one to one from a private setup in Cuckfield, and LR12 is the same thinking built for people I cannot get in a room. Everything in it exists because it survived contact with a real week, mine included.
I will also tell you on the call if I do not think I am the right person to help you. That has cost me clients and it has never once cost me sleep.
Name, email and a number. It takes about thirty seconds and costs nothing.
Around twenty minutes. Your goal, your history, your week. At the end I tell you honestly whether the twelve weeks would work for you.
Your plan is built and you begin within days. If it is not a fit, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
It depends on how hands-on you want me to be, so we agree the exact plan on your free call. No hidden fees and payment plans are available. We will settle on something that makes sense for the level of support you actually want.
Three to four sessions of 30 to 45 minutes. Everything is written out in advance in your coaching app, so there is no time lost deciding what to do or wandering around a gym floor.
We build around what you have access to. A full gym, a basic building gym, a hotel room with a set of dumbbells, or your own kit at home. I write the plan once I know what you are working with.
Yes. A lot of people come to me having not trained seriously since university, or ever. Video demonstrations cover every movement and we start where you are rather than where you think you should be.
No, it is planned for. You get a travel version of your sessions and nutrition guidance built for hotels, airports and restaurants. Travel weeks are meant to be handled, not to end the programme.
Very often training is exactly what helps, but if you have any health condition or an existing injury please check with your GP first. Bring it up on the call and I will tell you honestly whether I can coach around it.
Leave your name, email and phone number and I will be in touch to arrange a call. We will go through your schedule, your goal and what a realistic plan looks like. If it is not a fit, I will say so.
If you do the work and you are not down 5 to 10lbs at the end of the twelve weeks, I keep coaching you for free until you are.
