Who we are

This site is operated by Luke Robinson Personal Training, a personal training business based in Cuckfield, West Sussex. If you have any question about your data, contact us through the contact page.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the area you are based in, your stated goal and anything you write in the message box.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a consultation. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking you first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on conversations, then deleted. If you become a client, your data is handled under the coaching agreement we set up at that point.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored securely in our client management system. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Contact us and we will action it within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
